Since 2006, Barry Koncul Building & Development has been helping clients renovate and build high quality new construction homes in Savannah, Georgia and South Carolina. Barry was born and raised in Savannah, and graduated with a business degree from The University of Georgia. He comes from a large family of builders, and learned the trade from his father who learned from his grandfather. He got his start building, developing and selling properties in downtown Savannah, and is now working with clients on custom homes. From Forsyth Park to Jefferson, Gwinnett and Waldburg Streets, Barry has helped to change the landscape of the Victorian District in downtown Savannah. He is comfortable with a large range of projects from custom homes with specialized finishes, to big-scale projects like the 15 townhome development he built and sold in downtown Savannah. Barry is a licensed General Contractor in both Georgia and South Carolina as well as a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.
